About — Agentics BOS

Agentics started with a frustration most Ghanaian businesses know intimately: the software you can buy is never built for the rules you actually have to follow. SAP doesn't know Act 1151. Sage isn't multi-tenant. Tally treats Ghana like an export market. QuickBooks gives up at SSNIT.

So businesses do what businesses do — they patch it together. Spreadsheets bridging the gaps. A bookkeeper running parallel records. A consultant brought in once a year to translate it all into something the auditors will accept. The cost isn't the software. The cost is the compounded friction of running a serious business on tools that don't understand it.

We started Agentics to close that gap properly. Not by importing another ERP and bolting Ghana-specific add-ons, but by building the operating system from the foundation up — with Ghana tax law in the engine, statutory deductions in the payroll, multi-tenant isolation in the database layer, and white-label theming as a first-class capability.

What started as Agentics BOS has grown into a portfolio of related platforms — fintech infrastructure, governance intelligence, youth employability, regulatory compliance. Same engineering team, same conviction: software for Africa, engineered to the standard the continent's businesses deserve.

CO-FOUNDER · CYBERSECURITY

Cybersecurity professional. Owns the security posture of every system Agentics ships — threat modelling, penetration testing, incident response readiness, compliance with ISO 27001 and the Ghana Data Protection Act. Banks trust the platform because Faith makes sure they can.

Our office, our engineers, and our support team are all in Accra. AWS Cape Town (af-south-1) is our default hosting region — closest AWS data centre to Ghana, lowest latency, and your data stays on the African continent. Agentics is a registered Data Controller with the Ghana Data Protection Commission under Act 843.

For institutional clients, we offer on-premise and sovereign-cloud deployment options — including hosting on Ghanaian government-approved infrastructure where regulatory mandate requires it.
